摘要
目的：追踪调查潍坊市所辖16所医疗机构的器械清洗效果，促进和提高清洗质量。方法：采用现场查看与采样检测相结合的方法，了解器械清洗质量、清洗区域的布局、清洗设备的完善性、中心供应问题、洗涤程序的规范化。结果：65%的一级医院未有明显改善，清洗设备配置欠缺，清洗场地混用，没有实行全院统一中心供应；75%的二级医院器械清洗质量合格率提高；三级医院清洗质量合格率仍保持100%。结论：一级医院和部分二级医院的器械清洗质量仍存在问题，建议成立区域内消毒供应中心，以提高清洗质量合格率。
Abstract
Objective To find out the current situation of the cleaning effect of medical instrument, promote and improve the cleaning quality. Methods Using the method of combination of check and sampling detection, tracking survey of Wei fang city under the jurisdiction of 16 medical institutions the quality of cleaning, cleaning the regional layout, cleaning equipment is perfect, central sup-ply problems, washing procedure. Results 65% of the hospitals have no clear improvement, cleaning equipment lack, cleaning site mixed, the unified central supply has not implemented;75%of the two level of hospital equipment cleaning quality qualified rate in-crease;three hospital cleaning quality qualified rate remained 100%. Conclusion The quality of cleaning a hospital and part of the two level of hospital is still a problem, proposed the establishment of regional supply center, in order to improve the cleaning quality qualified rate.
