摘要
目的：：研究基层医院对护士综合能力的培养方法。方法：通过对我院的386名护士的综合能力进行分析，通过科室轮转、继续教育、进行综合培训等方法，提高护士的综合能力。结果：通过有目的性的培训教育，能够明显提升护士的整体素质和综合能力，有利于基层医院护理水平的提高。结论：基层医院应该对护士开展规范化培训教育，能够提高护士的综合素质，改进基层医院护理质量，适应临床的需求，值得其他医院借鉴学习。

Objective:Tostudythe culturemethod of basiclevelhospital nursescomprehensive ability.
