Objecctive:The feasibility of medication abortion was analized using Mifepristone in combination with oral Misoprostol ,and the most suitable condition of it was searched.Methods:We carried out 1764 cases of clinical study on termination early pregnancy ,then analised the reasons of success and failure.Results:After einnehmening Mifepristone in conbination with oral Misoprostol,the complete abortion rate,the complelt abortion rateand the failure rate were 94.09﹪,4.67﹪and 1.24﹪,respectively.The results showed that the less gestation days were,the higher the complete abortion was (p<0.01).There were 129 cases(7.41﹪)with the gestatioal cyst was discharged before einnehmening Mifepristone in conbination with oral Misoprostol,while 1335 cases (76.73﹪) which the gestatioal cyst was dis-charged in six hours after einnehmening Mifepristone in conbination with oral Misoprostol.After abortion,there were 612 cases that the amount of blooding accounted for 35.13﹪,and 781cases which the amount of blooding than the amount of menses accounted for 44.83﹪. Conclision:The efficacy of mifepristone and misoprostol to terminate early pregnancy is good,worthy of popularization and applica-tion.
