摘要
目的：对欣母佩用于产后出血治疗的有效性进行浅要分析。方法：选取我院2012年5月-2014年5月收治的100例产后出血患者作为本次研究的对象，均在常规方法治疗无效后采用欣母佩治疗，观察该方法的有效性。结果：100例患者，显效65例，有效32例，无效3例，总有效率为97.00%，不良反应发生率为11.00%，所有不良反应情况都在48h。结论：对于产后出血的患者采用肌肉注射欣母佩方法治疗临床效果显著，值得在临床上使用与推广。
Abstract
Objective:to analyze light for effective treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of Xin impe. Methods:selected in our hos-pital in 2012 May - 2014 year in May admitted 100 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients as the research object, adopt the joyful mother Pei treatment in refractory to conventional treatment, observe the effectiveness of the method. Results: of the 100 patients, 65 cases markedly effective, effective 32 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total effective rate was 97%, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 11%, all adverse reaction in 48h. Conclusion:for the patients with postpartum hemorrhage by muscle injection of Xin impe method in the treatment of clinical effect is significant, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
