摘要
目的：通过PRP复合与自体骨对骨不愈合的观察，探讨PRP在修复兔桡骨缺损中的作用机制，为富血小板血浆复合自体骨应用于临床提供实验支持。方法：本实验以成年新西兰大白兔为实验对象，凿除1.5cm桡骨干造成骨不愈合动物模型，不用内固定和外固定。一侧缺损区填充自体骨，另一侧填充自体骨与PRP的复合物进行自身对照观察。于术后2周，4周，8周，12周将动物处死后，对兔的桡骨进行大体标本观察，X线观察缺损区成骨形态，并对标本进行H- E染色光镜病理学观察。结果：在术后2、4、8、12周时进行观察，无论是大体检查、X线观察以及组织学检查，均发现应用PRP复合自体骨对骨折不愈合的修复效果明显优于单纯自体骨移植。结论： PRP复合自体骨对骨不愈合的修复效果优于单纯自体骨移植。从而为其在临床应用提供理论依据。
Abstract
Observe the effects of the PRP combined with autologous bone used to repair the defects of rabbits radius.To discuss the mechanism of action of PRP used to repair the defects rabbit radius,and provide the experimental evidence on PRP combined with autologous bone used to repair the defects of rabbits radiusMethods: Use the adult New Zealand rabbits as experimental subjects, resect 1.5 cmradius shaft to make the nonunion animal model, without internal fixation and external fixation. One side filled with autogenous bone, the other side filled with autogenous bone combined with PRP. In 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks after the operation , rabbits are observed with specimens of radius, x-ray observation on defects of bone formation, and the specimens obseved with light microscope observation of pathology after H-E staining.Results: All the observations have proved that PRPcombined with autogenous bone graft to repair the nonunion isbetter than autogenous bone graft alone.Conclusion: The effects of PRP combined with autogenous bone to repair the nonunion is better than autologous bone graft alone,and It provide a theoretical basis on clinical application.
