objective: to study the patients with cerebral infarction, before and after treatment to analyze the magnetic resonance spectrum, and discusses the correlation with clinical scores. Methods:selected from December 2012- December 2014 68 cases of cere-bral infarction patients. For al patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results:for all of the patients in clinical CT ex-amination, 28 patients in the clinic did not show any abnormalities. Implementation of DWI examination, can the patients showed high signal shadow, mainly shows large flake. Al of the patients in the two aspects of NAA and Lac indicators, showing significant differences before and after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:the clinical NISHH score results with magnetic resonance spectrum analysis results show the consistency. Magnetic resonance spectrum analysis for the early diagnosis of cerebral infarction disease can provide sufficient basis.
