摘要

目的:寻找一种只需高效液相色谱仪配备两个泵即可测定复方硫酸新霉素滴眼液中地塞米松磷酸钠含量的流动相。方法:用高效液相色谱仪检测标准品-地塞米松磷酸钠,根据保留时间,峰形等,选择最佳流动相,并验证此方法测定地塞米松磷酸钠含量在0.2-4.0μg的可行性。结果:流动相A:峰宽0.8413,保留时间40.84min;流动相B:峰宽0.2102,保留时间2.69min出现肩峰;流动相C:峰宽0.2932,保留时间11.50min。结论:流动相C可以用于医院对复方硫酸新霉素滴眼液中地塞米松磷酸钠含量。

Abstract

Objective To look for a mobile phase suitable for two-pump-HPLC to determine the dexamethasone content in neomycin sulfate eye drops. Method the mobile phase A: 0.8413 peak width, retention time, 40.84min, mobile phase B where acromion, peak width 0.2102, retention time, 2.69min, mobile phase C: retention time 11.50min, the peak width 0.2932. Results Methodological research with mobile phase C determination quality of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in the 0.2-4.0 μg feasibility. Precision test,Stability test,Repeat test,Recovery test is consistent with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusions mobile phase C was proved to be the best one of three mobile phases. linear relationship between,Precision test, Stability test, Repeat test, Recovery test is consistent with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia; Mobile phase C can be used in hospitals to neomycin sulfate content of dexamethasone in eye drops.
