摘要
目的：观察和分析老年焦虑症患者应用生物反馈治疗的方法和效果。方法：选取2012年6月到2014年6月我院收治的将82名老年焦虑症患者运用生物反馈理论和方法进行治疗，治疗前后用焦虑自评量表进行评估。结果：生物反馈治疗调动了患者治疗的积极性和主动性，学会了自我调整方法，缩短了治疗周期；降低了复发率，焦虑自评量表躯体性焦虑、精神性焦虑因子分及总分均降低。结论：老年焦虑症患者应用生物反馈治疗有效，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the methods applied in elderly patients with anxiety disorders and the ef ects of biofeedback therapy. Methods:June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital wil be 82 elderly patients with anxiety disorders using biofeedback theory and methods of treatment, before and after treatment were evaluated using the Self- Rating Anxiety Scale. Results:biofeedback therapy to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of patients, learn self- adjust-ment method to shorten the treatment period;reduce the relapse rate, anxiety, decreased self- rating scale somatic anxiety, psychic anxiety factor scores and total scores.Conclusion:The application of biotechnology in elderly patients with anxiety disorder treatment is effective feedback, worthy of clinical application.
