摘要
目的：探讨并分析呼吸内科患者医院感染的危险因素，为有效预防提供参考依据。方法：对我院2011年6月～2014年7月呼吸内科共收治890例住院患者进行回顾性分析，通过制定调查表对可能引起医院感染的因素统计分析，再采用logistic回归分析对筛选出的因素进行分析，最后进行总结并提出有效可行的预防措施。结果：890例住院患者中72例发生医院感染，感染率为8.09%；感染部位以下呼吸道为主25例，占34.72%。年龄≥60岁、住院时间＞2周、有侵入性操作、激素应用和合并基础疾病的患者医院感染发生率较高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。导致呼吸内科患者医院感染的危险因素有年龄（β＝1.19，OR＝2.14）、住院时间（β＝1.61，OR＝4.57）、侵入性操作（β＝1.73，OR＝5.87）、基础性疾病（β＝1.53，OR＝2.56）。结论：呼吸内科患者发生医院感染与侵入性操作、住院时间、年龄及伴有基础疾病等有密切关系，是引起医院内感染的独立危险因素，因此要做好预防措施，防微杜渐。
Abstract
objective:to study and analysis of the risk factors of hospital infection patients with respiratory medicine, provide reference basis for effective pre-vention. Methods:in our hospital from June 2011 to July 2011 respiratory medicine treated 890 cases of hospitalized patients were analyzed retrospectively, and by making questionnaire statistical analysis of possible causes of hospital infection, and then USES the logistic regression analysis to filter out the factor analysis, final y summarizes and puts forward effective prevention measures. Results:890 cases of hospitalized patients, 72 cases of hospital infection, the infection rate was 8.09%;The infection fol owing mainly respiratory 25 cases, accounting for 34.72%. Age 60 years or more, the length of time>2 weeks, invasive operation, hormone ap-plication and basic diseases combined with a greater incidence of hospital infection, the difference was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Cause respiratory medicine hospital infection in patients with risk factors are age (beta=1.19, OR=1.19), length of hospital stay (beta=1.61, OR=1.61), invasive operation (beta=1.73, OR=1.73), underlying disease (beta=1.53, OR=1.53). Conclusion:in patients with respiratory medicine hospital infection and invasive operation, length of hospital stay, age, and accompanied by basic diseases such as there is a close relationship, is the independent risk factors of nosocomial infection, preventive mea-sures so want to be veterinarian.
