摘要
目的：探讨功能性鼻内镜手术病人的手术配合及护理效果。方法：将我院收治的160例行功能性鼻内镜手术的患者随机分为两组，每组80例，其中观察组患者给予手术配合以及围手术期综合护理干预，对照组仅给予常规护理，比较两组患者的手术效果。结果：观察组总有效率为100%，对照组为88.75%，观察组明显高于对照组，两组比较差异显著（P<0.01）。结论：对功能性鼻内镜手术病人行手术配合与围手术期综合护理干预有利于提高手术功功率，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
objective to investigate the functional operation cooperation and nursing care of patients underwent nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods wil our hospital 160 routine functional nasal endoscopic surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups, 80 cases in each group, the observation group of patients to cooperate operation and comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention, control group given routine care, only compare the surgical effect of two groups of patients. Results observation group total effective rate was 100%, control group was 88.75%, the observation group is significantly higher than the control group, two groups are significant difference (P < 0.01). Conclusion for functional nasal endoscopic surgery patient line cooperation and comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention is helpful to improve the reactive power, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
