消风散加减联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹临床观察

目的：观察消风散加减联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法：将102例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组51例和对照组51例，治疗组采用消风散加减联合依巴斯汀治疗；对照组单用依巴斯汀治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗1月评分、临床疗效及复发率。结果：两组治疗前后评分有差异（P<0.05）；治疗1月治疗组评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组的疗效高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组复发率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：消风散加减联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹有较好的临床疗效，且复发率低。
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine recipe combined ebastine treated for chronic urticaria. Methods 102 chronic urticaria cases were randomly divided into Treatment group(traditional Chinese medicine recipe combined ebastine) and Control group (ebastine). Com-pared the score, clinical effect and recurrence rate between the two groups. Result There was difference on the score both of two groups between pre- and post treatment. The score of treatment was lower than the score of control group at 1 month. The clincal effect of treatment group was higher than the clincal effect of control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than the recurrence rate of control group. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine recipe combined ebastine has good effecacy and low recurrence rate in chronic urticaria.
