摘要
目的：探讨钩状钢板在老年外踝远端骨折固定中的应用及临床效果。方法：回顾2013年6月-2014年1月期间，我科收治的老年外踝远端骨折28例，其中观察组应用外踝钩状钢板11例，对照组应用解剖钢板14例，分别从手术时间、术中出血及术后Kofoed评分进行对比分析。结果：观察组手术时间30.2±11.3min,术中出血10.0±3.5ml，Kofoed评分优良率90.9%；观察组手术时间63.5±13.2min,术中出血35.4±5.1ml，Kofoed评分优良率82.3%。结论：与普通解剖钢板相比，外踝钩状钢板有手术时间短、出血少的优势；同时，观察组在术后踝关节功能方面较对照组也具有明显的优势。
Abstract
Objective To discuss application and clinical effects in treating the senile Distal lateral mal eolus fracture with lateral mal eolar hook- plate. Meth-ods From june 2013 to January 2014,28 the senile Distal lateral mal eolus fracture weredivided into observation group appliedof lateral mal eolar hookplate in 11 cases and control group applied anatomyplate in 14 cases,Respectivelyfrom the operation time,intraoperati ve bleedingand postoperativeKofoed scorewere com-pared and analyzed. Results The operationtime of observation groupis 30.2±11.3min, intraoperative bleedingwas 10.0±3.5ml,the excel ent and good rate of the Kofoed score was 90.9%;the results of the observation groupwere 63.5±13.2min,35.4±5.1 ml,82.3%respectively. Conclusion Compared with the anatomical plate,lateral mal eolarhookplatehasthe advantage of short operation time and less bleeding;at the same time,ankle functionthe obser- vation group inpostoperative alsohas obvious advantages than the controlgroup.
