Objective:Observation the effects of herbal fumigation and washing to reduce swel ing and pain caused by joint mobilization techniques treat-ment of knee joint dysfunction. Method:60 cases of knee joint dysfunction were randomly divided into the treatment group (30 cases) and contrast group(30 cases). The treatment group was given joint loose technique and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy, The contrast group was given conventional joint mobilization technique treatment. Observe the swel ing and pain of knee joint after 4 weeks of treatment. Result:Comparison of the two groups ,the difference was statistical y significant (p<0.05), the treatment group was better than the contrast group. Conclusion:Herbal fumigation can al eviate swel ing and pain degree caused by the joint mobilization treatment of knee joint dysfunction.
