Objective:To analyze the surgical treatment of 78 cirrhosis complicated with gal stones patients in department of general surgery in our hospital. Methods:78 cases of liver cirrhosis combined with characteristics of disease in patients with gal stones, and record the surgical operation and prognosis. Results:The Child grade B patients, the average amount of bleeding (336.3 ± 67.2) ml class A patients, average amount of bleeding (298.4 ± 53.6) ml (P<0.01). The average operation time was (0.82 ± 0.33) h, hospitalization time (10.22 ± 1.43) d. Al patients received and with no death, the complication rate was 7.69%. Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation on liver cirrhosis complicated with gal stones patients is a more thorough and effective treatment.
