Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of retinal vein occlusion, macular edema Compaq Sipp treatment. Methods:32 cases (64 eyes) of macular edema in patients with retinal vein occlusion were randomly in our hospital from 2010 November to 2014 March were randomly divided into a con-trol group (n=16,32 eyes) and treatment group (n=16 , 32 eyes), the control group was treated with ranibizumab ,the treatment group was treated with Compaq Sipp,the treatment were compared in two groups. Results:The total ef iciency of the treatment group compared with the control group, there was not statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion:Compaq Sipp treatment of macular edema in retinal vein occlusion effect is significant, safe and reliable, wor-thy of clinical use and promotion.
