Objective:Comparative analysis of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in Changsha City Psychiatric Hospital in the fourth quarter and the first three quarters of 2014. Methods:Bacterial culture and drug sensitive test training were detected in 2151 cases in Changsha City Psychiatric Hospital, anal-ysis the experimental data of the fourth quarter and the first three quarters of 2014.Results:The most common pathogenic bacteria in our hospital of 2014 are Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiel a pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumanni , Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. And we can see the spread of bacterial resistance rate varies from the first three quarters to the fourth quarter, while the overal data show little change. Conclusion:mastering antimicrobial suscepti-bility and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria is conducive to finding the best antibiotic therapy program, which is the basis of rational use of antimicrobial drugs, thereby effectively curb rising rates of bacterial resistance.
