PDCA循环管理法在降低ICU血培养假阳性率中的应用

目的::通过运用PDCA循环管理降低ICU血培养标本假阳性率。方法:通过追踪监测2012年1~6月所有血培养阳性标本,分析产生血培养污染假阳性率的原因并采取干预措施后,运用PDCA循环管理持续追踪2012年7~12月所有血培养阳性病例。结果:通过PDCA循环管理实施干预措施后血培养标本假阳性率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:应用PDCA循环管理方法对血培养标本进行持续质量改进,可有效提高标本采集合格率,确保检验结果准确。
OBJECTIVE To reduce false positive rate of blood culture in ICU through PDCA cycle management. METHODS After analyzing the cause of blood culture contamination and adopting relative interventions by tracking the positive samples of al blood cultures from January to June in 2012, the arti-cle continues to track the positive cases of al blood cultures from July to December in 2012 by PDCA cycle management. RESULTS The false positive rate of blood culture samples after adopting interventions through PDCA cycle management is reduced(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Using PDCA cycle management method can improve the quality of blood culture samples continuously, which can effectively enhance the passing rate of specimen col ected to ensure accurate test results.
