Objective:The use of products to investigate the venous indwel ing needle blood return parts circle management tool pipe,thereby reducing the incidence of venous indwel ing needle back blood.Method:Through the establishment of quality control circle organization,determine the quality control circle theme,make QCC plan of venous indwel ing needle,analyzed the reasons of the occurrence of blood return,formulate measures,and the quality control before and after the implementation of the situation compared circle activities.Result:When the blood back to reach and exceed from puncture of 3cm must be carried out when flushing pipe ,blood return rate from 7.8% to 1.6%.Conclusion:Study on intravenous prone to blood back parts of indwel ing needle application product circle tube,so as to guide the clinical nurses to better use of venous indwel ing needle ,for patients to reduce repeated puncture pain,reduces the cost,at the same time to improve the ability of using circle QCC management tool to solve the real clinical problems.
