Objective:To investigate the expression of E- cadherin and c- erbB- 2 in breast cancer and its clinical significance, and provide the basis for the treatment and prevention of early mammary cancer. Methods:the expression of E- cadherin and c- erbB- 2 immunohistochemistry was applied to detect the S- P method in 92 cases of breast cancer tissues. Results:the positive expression rate of E- cadherin was 41.3%, the positive expression rate of c- erbB- 2 was 56.5%, E- cadherin and c- erbB- 2 had no significant correlation with age, tumor size, P>0.05;E- cadherin and c- erbB- 2 were significantly correlated with axil ary lymph nodes, tumor pathological grading, P <0.05, with significant difference. Conclusion:significantly related to pathological grading, lymph nodes E- cadherin and c- erbB- 2 and metastasis of breast cancer, and the expression of E- cadherin and c- erbB- 2 have negative correlation.
