pick to:objective:to study the ultrasound guided with X line for the treatment of percutaneous renal puncture the stones on the effect of urinary stones. Methods:to col ect 2006 until May 2014 B ultrasonic and X- ray guided by joint for the treatment of PCNL in 97 patients with urinary stones. Observe the create percutaneous renal puncture success rate, time, complications, etc. Results: 97 cases of patients with puncture success rate 100%, with bilateral renal puncture 21 cases, unilateral dual channel 19 cases. Establish a percutaneous renal channel time 15~65 min, an average of 30 min. No serious complications such as hemorrhage, perforation, and visceral injury. Conclusion: ultrasound combined with X- ray guided by joint for the treatment of PCNL in urinary stones with a channel to establish a high success rate, high stone clearance rate, fewer complications and other advantages.
