Objective:To investigate the risk factors influencing nursing safety of endoscopy patients, and to take care of effective preventive measures, in order to provide reference for future clinical practice, ensure patient safety clinic. Methods:100 cases of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of patients in our hospital as the research object, were retrospectively analyzed and summarized according to the clinical data, risk factors and ef ect of nursing safety of endoscopy patients and its preventive measures. Results:the preventive measures after the implementation of nursing risk events occurrence rate was significantly lower than that before the implementation, and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those before the implementation, P <0.05, with significant differ-ence. Conclusion: the effect of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of nursing safety hidden danger to patients analyzed, safety risk prevention key link, strengthen the nursing risk management, optimizing the process and formulate effective measures can effectively prevent the occurrence of nursing risk, im-prove nursing satisfaction and quality of care, ensuring patients during the period of diagnosis and treatment of safety.
