Objective To investigate the digestive endoscopy and quadruple therapy for gastric ulcer hemorrhage clinical results. Methods hospital between January 2013- 2014 March 102 cases of gastric ulcer patients were treated randomly divided into observation group and control group (51 patients in each group), the control of crude quadruple therapy using a simple observation group were digested mirror and quadruple therapy, statistics of two groups, the comparative analysis. Results In the control group, the total efficiency of 78.43%of patients in the observation group total efficiency of 94.12%of patients in the control group and the observation group rebleeding rate was 33.33%vs11.76%, the two main indicators of the differences between the two groups was sta-tistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion digestive endoscopy and quadruple therapy with excel ent efficacy in the treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding disorders, there are more efficient and can effectively avoid further bleeding, widely used in the appropriate clinical use.
