objective to investigate the minimal y invasive technique combined with anatomic locking plate curative effect for the treatment of lower tibial fracture. Methods review in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014, 28 cases of lower tibial fracture patients treated by surgery, surgery with minimal y invasive technique combined with anatomic locking plate. Results al cases obtained osseous healing, in accordance with the said Mazur scoring criteria, 20 cases, 6 cases, 2 cases, 0 cases, was 92.8%. Al patients without serious complications. Conclusion minimal y invasive technique combined with anatomic locking plate are ideal methods in the treatment of lower tibial fracture, can obtain higher crop, significantly reduce the surgical complications.
