Objective:To observe the vaginal for non safety clamp technique in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage toothed oval forceps, to investigate the appli-cation value of the methods for the treatment of. Methods:144 patients were selected from 2013 December-2015 year in March in our department were postpartum hemorrhage, according to different treatment as control group and observation group, 72 cases in each group of patients. Patients in the control group using conven-tional gauze filling mode of treatment, observation of vaginal for toothless oval forceps clamp mode were treated by the group of patients, time, two groups were ob-served in patients with bleeding onset average amount of bleeding, compared two groups of patients and the total efficiency. Results:after treatment, the observation group patients bleeding onset time and the average amount of bleeding was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group, P<0.05, with significant dif-ferences and statistical significance. In the total efficiency of treatment, the patients in observation group were significantly higher than the patients in the control group, P<0.05, with significant differences and statistical significance. Conclusion:transvaginal for toothless oval forceps resection for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with strong clinical application value, can achieve the goal of rapid hemostasis, less complications occur, it is worth to popularize application.
