Objective:To study the clinical effect analysis of implementation of high quality nursing service for the patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:82 patients with coronary heart disease during 2014.03-2015.03in our hospital, the use of random digital double blind method which wil bedivided into 2 groups, the control group of 41 patients was given routine nursing;the observation group of 41 cases patients with high quality of nursing care. Results:the observation group pa-tients psychological status,self-care ability, social adaptation, the quality of life of the excellent and good rate was 92.68% (38/41) is far greater than 78.05%in the control group (32/41), the difference was statistical y significant P<0.05.Conclusion:the implementation of high quality nursing intervention onpatients with coronary heart disease, can significantly improve al aspects ofthe quality of life of patients, in order to facilitate the control and treatment of disease.
