Objective To explore the clinical value of using the Gao Min cardiac troponin T detection in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. In patients with acute myocardial infarction methods in our hospital in 2012 February to 2014 February were 82 cases as the research object, and the clinical data were retro-spectively analyzed, for the observation group;healthy people were selected in our hospital to accept the inspection of the 80 cases as the research object, set as the control group. All patients received the Gao Min cardiac troponin T detection, the clinical value of the detection analysis applied in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. Results the positive rate of hs-cTnT in patients with AMI positive rate was significantly higher than that of CK-MB, cTnT, and 4hhs-cTnT after admission positive rate as high as 100%;the patients in observation group in different periods of myocardial markers concentration monitoring level compared with the control group patients showed rising phenomenon is not a degree, the contrast was significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion for patients with acute myocardial infarction using hs-cTNT detection can be diagnosed early, at the same time on hs-cTNT concentration change dynamic monitoring for patients with suspected myocardial in-farction can be differential diagnosis.
