To study the clinical effect of tuberculous pleurisy by combined determination of immune related molecules. Methods:select 100 cases in our hospital in patients with tuberculous pleurisy in 2012 April~2014 year in April diagnosis and treatment as the observation group, the. 80 cases of non tuberculous pleural ef-fusion patients, as the control group. The ADA activity, IFN-r content and effusion PPD test positive rate, evaluated the indicators of tuberculous pleurisy specificity and sensitivity. Results:the two groups of patients were compared in the observation group, ADA activity, IFN-r content and PPD test positive rate was significantly higher than the control group, the differences between the two groups were significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05);tuberculous pleurisy by combined detec-tion of 3 indexes were compared with single detection and any of these 2 items of diagnosis specificity and high sensitivity, significant difference was statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05). Conclusion:the use of multiple combined detection indexes in diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy in clinical value is very good, can effectively im-prove the diagnostic positive rate.
