Objective:To probe into the clinical ef ects of nursing measures in the prevention of head and neck cancer radiotherapy in patients with oral mucositis. Methods:54patients who suffered from the?head and neck cancerand who accepted radiotherapy treatments in our hospital from December, 2013 to February, 2015were taken as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 27 patients in each group. In the control group, they were conducted the routine nursing while the observation group was conducted targeted nursing, then, the incidence of oral mucositis of wo groups were observed. Outcome:The degree of oral mucosa reaction in the observation group were evidently lighter thanthat in the control group, while the incidence of oral ulcer in the observation group were evidently lower than?that in the control group and the differences had the statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted nursing treatment for patients with head and neck tumors accept radiotherapy which can effectively prevent the occurrence of oral mucositis and reduce patients pain, thus should be promoted in the clinical application.
