The purpose of comfort care in the clinical application of radiotherapy in patients with cancer, for reference. Methods hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 120 cases of cancer radiotherapy patients included in this study, based on a random number table grouping. Patients receiving usual care control group, the experimental group were treated with comfort care. Comparing two groups of patients in the emotional state and the incidence of side effects, quality of life aspects of the dif erences. Results of the test group SAS score, SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);patients were side ef ects occur, but patients with severe toxicity test group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05). Quality of life in patients experimental group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
