硅酸钙板在线测厚与分拣控制系统的研发

根据硅酸钙板在线测厚与自动分拣设备的工作原理,引入基恩士激光测厚仪,并选用西门子S7-1200可编程控制器,配合施耐德ATV320变频器、SEW变频电机和西门子KTP1200PN触摸屏,搭建了控制系统的硬件平台,设计了控制系统的软件,提出测厚数据采集处理和自动分拣控制的核心算法,开发了硅酸钙板在线测厚与分拣控制系统.实际测试表明,当被测板厚增加时,自动测厚和手工测厚的差异较小,均小于±0.2 mm,且应进叠板台号与实进叠板台号相符.
Research and Development of On-line Thickness Measurement and Sorting Control System for Calcium Silicate Board
According to the working principle of on-line thickness measurement and automatic sorting equipment for calcium sili-cate board,the paper introduces the Keens laser thickness gauge,selects Siemens S7-1200 programmable controller,and cooper-ates with Schneider ATV320 inverter,SEW inverter motor and Siemens KTP1200PN touch screen to build the hardware platform of the control system,designs the software of the control system,puts forward the core algorithms of thickness measurement data acquisition and processing and automatic sorting control,and develops the on-line thickness measurement and sorting control sys-tem for calcium silicate board.The actual test shows that when the measured plate thickness increases,the difference between au-tomatic thickness measurement and manual thickness measurement is small,both of which are less than±0.2 mm,and the num-ber of the stacking platform should be consistent with the number of the actual stacking platform.
