浸油润滑减速箱齿轮搅油损失台架试验设计与分析

为研究不同工况下浸油润滑齿轮箱搅油损失,设计并搭建了一种新型减速箱齿轮搅油试验台架.通过在箱体内部安装横隔板,改变减速箱箱体内部几何结构,分析了减速箱在不同位置浸油深度、不同齿轮转速和横隔板复合作用下的齿轮搅油损失,得出结论如下:转速为2 200 r/min、横隔板位置为H4时,主动轮旋转时的齿轮搅油损失可减少17.12%.
Design and Analysis of Oil Mixing Loss Bench Test for Oil Immersion Lubricated Gearbox Gears
A new type of gearbox gear oil mixing test bench was designed and constructed to study the oil mixing loss of immersed lubrication gearboxes under different working conditions.By installing a diaphragm in the box body and changing the internal ge-ometry of the gearbox,the gear oil mixing loss of the gearbox was analyzed under the combined action of oil immersion depth at different positions,different gear speeds and diaphragm,and the conclusion was as follows:the gear oil mixing loss of the driving wheel can be reduced by 17.12%when the speed was 2 200 r/min and installing a diaphragm at position H4.
