根据磁流变阻尼器性能测试结果,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建修正Dahl模型,使用MATLAB软件中的参数辨识及曲线拟合工具箱识别未知参数,确定各未知参数与输入电流的关系;然后根据辨识结果搭建精确的磁流变阻尼器模型,并将试验结果与仿真结果进行对比验证.结果显示,仿真结果与试验结果拟合度较高,说明该辨识方法可建立较为准确的磁流变阻尼器力学模型,为后续进行智能控制设计奠定基础.
Parameter Identification of Magnetorheological Damper Based on Modified Dahl Model
Based on the performance test results of the magnetorheological damper,a modified Dahl model was constructed in MATLAB/Simulink.The unknown parameters were identified using the parameter identification and curve fitting toolbox in MATLAB software to determine the relationship between each unknown parameter and the input current.Subsequently,an accu-rate magnetorheological damper model was built based on the identification results,and the experimental results were compared and verified against the simulation results.The results showed a high degree of fit between the simulation results and the experi-mental results,indicating that this identification method can establish a relatively accurate mechanical model of the magnetorheo-logical damper,laying the foundation for subsequent intelligent control design.
