基于相态调控油水两相流在线计量仪入口优化

针对相态调控测量装置入口流型对油水两相流参数测量的影响,以径向单入口、径向双入口和切向双入口3种入口形式的入口流型为研究对象,选用Fluent模拟软件中涡黏模型(Realiz-able k-ε)和流体体积多相模型对3种不同入口结构的相态调控测量装置进行理论分析和数值模拟.结果表明:切向双入口的入口流型能够减少进液流体惯性冲击,降低入口区域湍流脉动,抑制入口流体下落造成的流场分布不均,减少下出口短路流和循环流流量.
Optimization of the Inlet of the Online Metering Instrument for Oil-water Two-phase Flow Based on Phase State Regulation
Aiming at the influence of the inlet flow pattern of the phase control measuring device on the parameter measurement of oil-water two-phase flow,taking the inlet flow patterns of three inlet forms,namely radial single inlet,radial double inlet and tan-gential double inlet,as the research objects,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were carried out on three phase control measuring devices with different inlet structures by using the Realizable k-ε model and fluid volume multiphase model in Fluent simulation software.The results show that the inlet flow pattern with tangential double inlets can reduce the inertial impact of the inlet fluid,reduce the turbulent pulsation in the inlet area,restrain the uneven distribution of the flow field caused by the falling of the inlet fluid,and reduce the short-circuit flow and circulating flow at the lower outlet.
