Speed Increasing Scheme of Pendulum Shear of Strip Hot Rolling Line
This paper takes the pendulum shear of a certain strip hot rolling line as an example.In order to increase the speed of the transfer bar,parameters including swing hydraulic cylinder of the pendulum shear,rotating speed of the crankshaft,diameter of the fly wheel are optimized.Advantages and effects of the upgrading scheme are summarized by comparing with the situation before upgrading.
