介绍大锻件内部孔洞形成原因,指出影响孔洞机械性闭合的因素有锻件高径比、孔洞位置、孔洞形状及应力三轴度,而影响孔洞焊合的因素有压力、温度、保温时间、剪应力及冷却方式,提出孔洞闭合的判据,为制定大锻件生产工艺提供依据.
This paper introduces the causes of internal void in large forgings and indicates that the factors influence mechanical closure of the void including height-diameter ratio of the forging,void position,void shape and stress triaxiality,and the factors influence welding closure of the void including pressure,temperature,holding time,shearing stress and cooling method.This paper also proposes criteria of void closure to provide basis for determining production processes of large forgings.
