Development and Application of Speed Conversion System of Infinite Rotation Welding Head
In view of the complex structure of the nuclear reactors,this paper develops a speed conversion system for infinite rotation welding head of all-position TIG assembly welding by using high-precision rotary encoder,WXML and XWSS language.Field test shows that after the operator inputs the actual welding speed and tube diameter into the interface of the system,the speed conversion system automatically calculates speed and diameter for the controller.This speed conversion system is simple to operate,stable in operation and accurate in display,it is widely applicable for other all-position welding equipment.
