Reason Analysis and Improvement Measures of Unqualified Plasticity of Copper-containing Steel Casting
This paper analyzes the macro morphology,micro morphology,metallographic structure,chemical composition and other properties of the fracture surface of the mechanical property test sample of copper-containing steel casting to determine the reason of unqualified plasticity and propose its improvement measures.By theoretical calculation of hydrogen expansion and production verification,plasticity of the copper-containing steel casting is improved after taking corresponding measures.
