Research on Quality Control of Submerged Arc Plate Welding
In order to improve the qualified rate of submerged arc plate welding,this paper analyzes the types of welding defects and welding quality influencing factors,proposes improvement measures on the aspects of welding equipment,pre-welding inspection,welding process,etc.,and lists the welding process parameters of different plate thicknesses in detail to provide reference for the technical personnel.
