Design of Vibration Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System of Dry Vacuum Pump
This paper introduces the new dry vacuum pump vibration monitoring system developed on the basis of the virtual instrument(LabVIEW).This system is provided with the functions of pump body vibration data collection,real-time monitoring,storage,spectrum analysis,fault diagnosis,etc.,and the fault data can be used for fault graph analysis.Test results show that the new system operates stably and records accurately.
