Research on Fault Analysis and Monitoring Technology of Rotating Machinery
This paper collects the rotating signals of rotating machinery by using sensors and signal conditioning technology.On this basis,VB is applied to analyze the collected signals to achieve on-line monitoring,dynamic balance analysis,and bearing failure analysis of the rotating machinery.Test results show that this method can effectively monitor the abnormal status of the rotating machinery and ensure its safe and reliable operation.
