Research on Mass Centering System of Motor Shaft Based on Dynamic Balance
In this paper,the mass centering system based on dynamic balance theory is proposed.Double-sided dynamic balance method is applied to calculate imbalance of the motor shaft,and the relationship between imbalance and offset of mass center on the basis of mass centering principle.The offset of mass center is obtained through calculation,and the data is sent to the control center of PLC(programmable logic controller)through TCP/IP network communication.The results show that after the motor shaft is de-weighted by the mass centering system,the remaining imbalance is 0.04~0.06g.Compared with the mass centering system provided with mass centering device,this system has lower cost,longer distance of data transmission,less transmission interference and more accurate data.
