介绍基于机械视觉对零件尺寸的测量技术.开发外部夹具、摄像头等硬件组合及软件功能.选用同批次十五个阀体进行检测,检测内容包括俯视图内孔直径、外圆直径,圆度,两圆圆心位置距离,侧视图阶梯高度及整体高度.通过LabVIEW程序分析测量数据,与要求尺寸的上、下限进行比较,判定零件是否合格,在前面板设置指示灯以指示零件是否合格,保证检测结果的精度和稳定性,提升检测效率.
Mechanical Parts Inspection System Based on LabVIEW and Machine Vision
This paper introduces the measuring technology of dimension of mechanical parts based on machine vision,and develops hardware combinations and software functions such as external fixtures and cameras.15 valve bodies from the same batch are selected for tests including inner hole diameter,outer circle diameter,roundness,distance between the center positions of the two circles in the top view,as well as step height and overall height in the side view.The measured data are analyzed by LabVIEW and compared with the upper and lower limits of the required dimensions to determine whether the parts are qualified or not.Indicator light is provided on the front panel to indicate whether the part is qualified,in order to ensure accuracy and stability of the inspection results and improve inspection efficiency.
