Vibration Analysis and Optimization of Return Pipeline of Light Hydrocarbon Reboiler
This paper analyzes the vibration mechanism of the light hydrocarbon reboiler return pipeline through numerical simulation of fluid-solid coupled dynamics and gas-liquid two-phase flow theory,and have found out that slug flow of the vertical pipe section is the main cause of pipeline vibration.By combination of comparative analysis and actual situation on site,optimization method to prevent pipeline vibration is proposed,and the relative vibration response of the pipeline is calculated by using two-phase flow-pipeline coupling analysis software,and it is proved that the optimization method is effective.
