分析客户30～40 t牵引卡车配套直齿回转支承断齿原因,将回转支承内齿圈由直齿改为鼓形齿,解决断齿问题,成功避免类似事故发生.
This paper introduces the cause of breakage of straight teeth for the 30～40t tractor truck of the customer,changes the inner gear ring of the slewing bearing from straight teeth to drum-shaped teeth to solve the problem of teeth breakage,and has successfully avoided similar accidents.
