桨叶叶序排布混合器流体流动分析

基于结构仿生原理,分别以轮生、对生-轮生组合、旋生叶序排列桨叶,构建被动混合器.采用计算流体力学方法(CFD)对构建的混合器进行数值模拟.分析混合器内叶序排布与流体流动效应之间的关系,研究相同的叶序排布方式中,不同排布间距对流体流动的影响.结果表明:叶序排布间距相同时,旋生叶序排布混合器流体流动效果最好,对生-轮生组合叶序次之,轮生叶序最差;对轮生叶序排布和对生-轮生叶序排布方式来说,叶序排布间距越大,流体流动效果越好;对旋生叶序排布方式来说,叶序排布间距越小,流体流动效果越好.
Analysis of Fluid Flow in Mixer with Phyllotaxically Arranged Blades
Based on the principle of structural bionics,this paper establishes the models of passive mixer with blades applying whorled,opposite-whorled and cyclic phyllotaxy arrangement,respectively.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method is adopted for numerical simulation of the mixer models.Analyzes the relationship between blade arrangement and effect of fluid flow,and investigates the influence of different blade pitches with the same blade arrangement.The results show that when applying the same blade pitch,cyclic phyllotaxy has the best flow flow,followed by opposite-whorled phyllotaxy,and whorled phyllotaxy is the worst;for whorled phyllotaxy and opposite-whorled phyllotaxy,fluid flow improves with increase of blade pitch;for cyclic phyllotaxy,fluid flow improves with the decrease of blade pitch.
