摘要

研究压力容器用21/4Cr1Mo01/4V钢深熔TIG焊接工艺,分析不同参数下焊缝的力学性能,通过工艺试验分析深熔TIG焊接中的主要影响因素,提出控制措施,获得良好的焊缝成形和综合力学性能.

Abstract

This paper studies the process of deep penetration TIG welding of 21/4Cr1Mo01/4V steel for pressure vessels,analyzes mechanical properties of the welding seam with different parameters,investigates the main influencing factors of deep penetration TIG welding through process tests,and proposes control measures to obtain favorable weld formation and comprehensive mechanical properties.
