针对核电产品组件焊接需要将无线回转TIG焊接机头固定在产品组件上进行孔内壁、端面堆焊或坡口组焊的情况,根据无限回转TIG焊接机头的负载及实际工况,通过结构设计、数值模拟及优化等手段,设计无限回转TIG焊接机头专用机架,采用有挠性控制组件的三梁四柱结构,保证焊接机头处于水平工作位置,满足无限回转TIG焊接机头和焊接工况的技术要求.
Design of Head Frame of Wireless Rotary TIG Welding Machine
When welding nuclear power product components,wireless rotary TIG welding head need to be fixed on the product to carry out overlay welding of hole inner walls and end surfaces or assembly welding of grooves,this paper designs a special frame for wireless rotary TIG welding head by using structural design,numerical simulation and optimization methods on the basis of load and actual working conditions of the wireless rotary TIG welding head.The design adopts 3-beam and 4-column structure with flexible control components to keep the welding head in horizontal working position and to meet the technical requirements of wireless rotary TIG welding head and welding condition.
