摘要

大厚度、大落差马鞍形接管孔坡口为复杂空间曲面,因工件尺寸很大,接管孔所处位置只能用镗床编程加工,加工后无法保证尺寸精度,根部R角残留大,粗糙度亦无法保证,且加工效率低.基于此开发一种大厚度、大落差马鞍形接管孔坡口加工方法,解决大直径接管马鞍形坡口的加工难题.

Abstract

Saddle-shaped nozzle groove with large thickness and large drop is with complex spatial curved surface,due to its large size,the nozzle hole can only be processed by applying programmed boring machine,but the dimensional accuracy cannot be guaranteed after such processing,the roughness can not be guaranteed because of the large R-angle residue at the root,and processing efficiency is low.According to the above situation,this paper proposes a method for processing large thickness,large drop saddle-shaped nozzle groove,in order to solve the machining problem of large diameter saddle-shaped nozzle groove.
