摘要

为保证含能材料在切削加工中的安全和加工精度,必须准确控制切削力及切削温度.设计一种切削力和切削温度的高精度实时测量方法.该方法成本低、实时性高、实用性强,提高测试准确性,保证安全切削.

Abstract

In order ensure safety and machining accuracy of energetic materials in the cutting process,cutting force and cutting temperature must be accurately controlled.A high-precision real-time measurement method of cutting force and cutting temperature is designed in this study.This method has the advantages of low cost,good real-time performance and high practicability,it can improve test accuracy and ensure safe cutting.
