结合反应堆压力容器密封结构特征尺寸和空间布局,提出一种基于三坐标加工技术的压力容器修复装置设计方案.试验结果表明,该装置结构、电控系统合理可靠,控制精度、安全性能指标满足核电生产要求.研发的修复装置具备压力容器筒体法兰面堆焊层、主螺孔螺纹等多用途加工修复能力,为反应堆安全稳定运行提供技术保障,也为其他压力容器特种维修项目提供借鉴和参考.
Development of Pressure Vessel Maintenance Device Based on Three-coordinate Machining Technology
According to the characteristic dimensions and spatial layout of sealing structure of the reactor pressure vessel,this paper proposes a design scheme of pressure vessel maintenance device based on three-coordinate machining technology.Test results show that the structure and electrical control system of the device are reasonable and reliable,and control precision and safety performance indexes meet the requirements of nuclear power production.The maintenance device has multiple functions including machining and repairing of flange surface overlay welding of pressure vessel shell,main screw hole threads,etc.,it can provide technical support for the safe and stable operation of the reactor and give reference for special maintenance of other pressure vessels.
